Updated: Nov 25, 2022

Read more to hear about Olivia’s exciting achievements in cheerleading and dance, resulting in her acceptance to the AASCF National Cheer and Dance competition, as well as Kayley and Imogen’s achievements in Physics.

Olivia (6W) - AASCF National Cheer and Dance 2022

Olivia has been participating in cheer and dance for five years. Despite breaking her arm twice and undergoing two separate surgeries, she has persevered and continues to perform as she is so dedicated to her club.

Olivia loves her team and thinks of them as family, she loves striving to do her best both on and off the floor and particularly loves the thrill and energy of competitions.

She is very dedicated to her craft - currently involved in two cheerleading teams, a stunt group, pom and pom duo, high kick, lyrical and hip hop classes. Olivia trains over four afternoons each week, totalling 13 hours!

This week marks the beginning of the biggest competition of the year - AASCF National Cheer and Dance 2022. Teams from all across Australia, New Zealand and China will compete over five days at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Olivia will be performing with seven different teams across the competition!

Olivia wanted to say thank you to her teachers at ACC for being so understanding and supportive of her passion for dance and cheer. Our whole community is cheering Olivia on as she competes and praying for her safety and a brilliant outcome. Congratulations Olivia!
