Student Achievements

We are so excited to see our students achieving great things both in and out of the classroom. This week we want to celebrate Xavier, Jackson, Teleah, Edwina and Adelaide and we invite you to hear their stories.

Xavier

We are thrilled for Xavier Eason and his ongoing achievements in Athletics and Cross Country. Xavier has been a finalist at the NSW Little Athletics championships in a variety of events (70m, 100m, 200m, hurdles, and shot put) and won a gold medal in the relay event. He is looking forward to competing in athletics at a school level this year, and hoping to return to the Cross Country championships after a brief hiatus due to Covid over the past few years. We are cheering him on and hope for a fantastic year ahead!

Jackson & Teleah

A warm congratulations to Jackson and Teleah for their exceptional results in Ranch Sorting, the fastest growing horse sport in Australia. Jackson is currently ranked number one for the Australian title in the kid’s group and will be competing in the finals at K Ranch Arena in Mount Hunter on the first weekend of July.

Teleah is currently ranked 16th in the youth (13 - 17) group - an incredible result as she only started riding in February this year! Both students assist with the family’s riding school and are continuing on a well-established love of horses within the Cone family.

Edwina & Adelaide

Edwina and Adelaide Biermann have been swimming since they were about 12 months old! Their passion for swimming has led them to compete and achieve excellent results at the Speedo Sprint Series, Metro South West Junior Development Carnival, CSSA State, NSW CIS State Primary Championships and Club Championships.

Edwina has recently had a clean sweep in her Club Championships, claiming first place in the individual medley, backstroke and freestyle and was a finalist at CIS Primary. Adelaide has placed in the top three in all events in her Club Championships.
