Our Executive Team has recently reviewed the following policies as part of our Registration process with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). This process, conducted every five years, ensures that schools meet the required standards and maintain compliance across the NSW education system.

WINTER UNIFORM UPDATE

ACC Families are advised that additional stock of fleece-lined tracksuit tops, anorak jackets, and beanies are on their way to the Marsden Park Campus to warm our students over these winter months.

Families are also advised that plain black or navy gloves and scarves are permitted for students to wear on their way to and from the College to stay warm this season!

AFTERNOON PICK UP NAME SIGNS

As a reminder to families, please ensure your car name sign is clearly displayed during afternoon pick-up. Displaying your sign helps the College streamline pick-up procedures, identify vehicles more efficiently, and assist families promptly.

If you do not currently have a car name sign, please contact your relevant Student Hub.

ANNOUNCEMENT: EXTENDED LIBRARY HOURS FOR YEAR 11 & 12

Great news! To further support our senior students with study time and access to College resources, we are extending our Library opening hours.

From Monday 4 May, the Library will be open for Year 11 and 12 students from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday.

We are hopeful that these extended hours will provide greater flexibility for students to make use of College resources both before and after school, supporting focused study and academic progress.

Please note that, to accommodate these changes, the Library will no longer be open for student access during recess.

MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS AT ACC

We were delighted to welcome so many mums and mother figures to our annual ACC Mother’s Day celebration in the Forecourt last Friday. Despite the chilly morning, guests enjoyed warming cups of tea and coffee, delicious baked treats, and the wonderful atmosphere shared together as a community.

ACC would like to sincerely thank and celebrate all of our ACC mums and mother figures for their hard work, dedication, and the invaluable contributions they make to the lives of their students each and every day.

UPCOMING PARENT SEMINAR: DECODING THE HSC

The College is pleased to invite parents and carers of students in Years 5-10 to an upcoming seminar on Thursday 4 June, from 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm.

Presented by our Head of Academics, Ms Lauren Kenny (and other key College staff), this informative session will help families better understand the HSC and how the College supports students throughout their senior school journey. Topics will include:
