This week we want to introduce you to Mrs Bernice Appiah-Quaicoe, affectionately known by our team as ‘Nurse B’ - she is our kind, patient and caring School Nurse.
Mrs Appiah-Quaicoe is one of our newest staff members at ACC Marsden Park, and we have already been blessed by her many skills and years of experience.
She completed her Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Research at ACU and worked for over a decade as a nurse at Westmead Private Hospital, specialising as a surgical nurse in the Neurology and Urology wards.
In her free time she loves to spend her days at the beach, watching rom-com movies and spending time with her family. She has four beautiful children and has been married for almost 10 years to her husband Gray, whom she met at Mercy Ships while he was working as an engineer on board.
When asked what she loves most about ACC she said, “I love meeting the kids as they come in to see me for all sorts of things, and I love the staff community. Everyone has a unique story and it’s interesting getting to know them!”
