Farewells are never easy. Our family has been part of the ACC community (formerly Allowera Christian School) since 1998. We prayed for God to direct our path to the right school and He led us to a small group of godly people praying and seeking God’s vision for a school with a difference.

In answer to our prayers and by faith we were the first family to pay a bond for our eldest son Nathan to start when they found a property. Our sons Jarred and Jonathan would follow. A divine appointment in 2004 with Mrs Paulle Kwok would provide me the opportunity to start working for ACC starting in 2005.

This school has been my second home and this community has been my beloved family for many years. It’s been an honour and privilege to have a small part in the bigger picture of God’s plan. There are no words that can express my thankfulness to God for this season at ACC and the people I have known here. I see very clearly God’s amazing grace, mercy and faithfulness over this community and our family.

We are thankful for the new season ahead with God redirecting our family and by faith again we are trusting in His perfect plan. I will miss everyone at ACC dearly and hope to visit when I’m in Sydney!

I leave knowing this truth: the Lord Jesus Christ’s sacrificial and unconditional love for all knows no bounds and as I have trusted him with my soul I can trust him with my future.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
