ONLINE ORDERING
Online orders are processed via the FlexiSchools App or online at flexischools.com.au.
Recess: all Primary and Secondary student Recess orders are to be collected from the canteen.
Lunch orders for PRIMARY students will go into Class baskets and will be handed out in class by your child’s teacher, EXCEPT for the items listed below, which must be collected from the Canteen after eating time. Order bags are to be taken to the 'Collect Orders Here' pick up line: Cup of Noodles, Jelly, Ice Blocks, Frozen Juice Cups.
Lunch orders for SECONDARY students must be collected at the canteen window where the 'Collect Orders Here sign is displayed.
CLOSING TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Same day orders for the full menu close at 9.00 am
Late orders can be placed between 9.00 am and 10.30 am. However, there will be a limited menu available.
ADVANCE ORDERING
You can place orders the night before, or even days and weeks in advance.
If you have placed an advance order, it can be cancelled any time up to 10.00 am on the day of the order. You can cancel in the Flexischools App or by sending an SMS to Healthy Canteens on 0405 219 242.
The FlexiSchools system does not allow staff to search by Order Number so if you are leaving a message on the above phone number, please include:
The School your Child attends (Healthy Canteens operate at more than one School)
Your Child's Name
Your Child's Class
"Please cancel order for [date of order]"
Note that orders are unable to be moved to a different day
Funds will be returned to your FlexiSchools account within 24 hours
OVER THE COUNTER ORDERS
Secondary students can order over the counter at Recess and Lunch with cash and EFTPOS payment options available. However, please be mindful that this will be a reduced menu. Online ordering via Flexischools is recommended.
EMERGENCY LUNCH
If you have missed the order cut-off times listed above, Healthy Canteens can provide an emergency lunch consisting ONLY of a Vegemite or Jam or Cheese sandwich, a piece of fruit & a bottle of water. This can be ordered on the day by calling Healthy Canteens on 0405 219 242. You will be required to make payment on your credit card over the phone when ordering.
